[2026학년도 1학기 대학원 영구수료 등록생 신청 안내]
1. 신청자격
- 영구수료 처리일로부터 5년이 경과하지 않은 사람
- 기존에 영구수료등록생으로 등록한 이력이 없는 사람(1회만 허용)
2. 신청절차
- 신청기간: 2026. 1. 19.(월) 09:00 ~ 1. 23.(금) 18:00 (※신청기간을 꼭 지켜주시기 바랍니다)
* 붙임 안내 참고하여 통합정보시스템에서 신청 후 출력하여 주임교수 및 지도교수 서명 후 대학원 행정실(어의관 613호) 제출
- 제출서류: 신청서 1부(통합정보시스템 출력), 사유서(자유양식) 1부, 성적증명서 1부, 지도교수변경신청서(통합정보시스템에 출력) 1부(해당자만)
- 등록비 납부(등록금 50%): 2026. 2. 25.(수) ~ 2. 27.(금) 16:00까지 (가상계좌 납부시 22:30까지)
** 신청 후 등록비 납부하여야 신청 완료됨
*** 신청방법 첨부파일 반드시 확인해주세요.(신청: 학생포털 X, 통합정보시스템 O)
3. 유의사항
- 석사 4학기, 박사 6학기 이내에 학위청구논문을 제출해야 함.
- 해당학과 변경 또는 폐지된 경우 유사한 학과로 변경하여 신청(변경하고자 하는 학과의 동의를 받아야함)
- 지도교수 퇴임 및 사망의 경우 지도교수변경신청서 제출(통합정보시스템에서 신청후 출력하여 지도 및 주임교수 서명 또는 날인)
- 지도교수 변경: (통합정보시스템) 학사>졸업>지도교수(원)>지도교수(학위)변경신청 에서 변경 정보 저장 후 신청서 출력, 변경전후 지도교수 및 주임교수 서명(날인)받아 행정실 제출

[Notice: Application for Permanent Completion Status Registration (Spring Semester 2026, Graduate School)
1. Eligibility
- Those for whom less than 5 years have passed since being processed as “permanent completion.”
- Those who have never registered as a permanent completion (permanent completion registration is permitted only once).

2. Application Procedure
- -Application period: January 19, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 ~ January 23, 2026 (Fri) 18:00
(※ Please adhere strictly to the application deadline.)
- *Refer to the attached manual for details. Apply via the Integrated Information System, print the application form, obtain signatures from your department chair and academic advisor, and submit it to the Graduate School Administration Office (Eui Hall, Room 613).
- Required documents:
① Application form (printed from the Integrated Information System)
② Statement of Reason (free format)
③ Academic Transcript
④ Application for Change of Academic Advisor (printed from the Integrated Information System, only if applicable)
- Registration Fee Payment (50% of tuition): February 25, 2026 (Wed) ~ February 27, 2026 (Fri) by 16:00 (until 22:30 if paying by virtual account)
** The registration process is complete only after the registration fee is paid.
*** Please make sure to check the attached file for detailed application instructions (Application via Student Portal is NOT available; you must use the Integrated Information System.)
3. Important Notes
- -Master’s students must submit their thesis within 4 semesters, and doctoral students within 6 semesters.
- -In the case where your department has been changed or discontinued, you must apply for a similar department with the consent of the new department.
- -If your academic advisor has retired or passed away, you must submit an Application for Change of Academic Advisor (apply and print via the Integrated Information System, then obtain signatures or stamps from the new advisor and department chair).
- -For changing academic advisor: (Integrated Information System) Academic Affairs > Graduation > Academic Advisor (Original) > Change of Academic Advisor (Degree): Enter and save the new information, print the application, and get signatures/stamps from both previous and new advisors and the department chair before submitting to the Administration Office.
